Farm House Café

At PEG Farm & Nature Reserve, we honour Mother Earth and have created a nurturing and sustainable farmscape environment to supply our Farm-to-Table Café.

While relaxing on our cool, breezy deck, enjoy the beauty of our surrounding biodynamic gardens and incredible views of the island. From our bar you can enjoy refreshing, locally made juices with seasonal fruits found around the island and cocktails inspired by traditional Bajan flavours.

The Menu

Join us and savour the wonderful flavours prepared by our Chefs using our biodynamic, locally grown produce and free range pasture-raised animal products. Our chefs take pride in preparing unique and innovative meals that are most importantly a gratifying indulgence.

We believe this is a time for transformation and regeneration, of both our land and people. We feel privileged to be a part of the change.

Raised and Braised Hen

Braised pasture raised chicken with roasted root vegetables and herb chicken jus.

Basil & White Wine Spritzer

A refreshing spritzer made with biodynamic white wine, freshly squeezed lemon juice, homemade syrup and finished with fresh basil straight from our herb garden.
